2. What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the details you provide:

• Your name — so we know who we’re replying to;
• Email address — so we can respond;
• Organization (optional) — context for your inquiry;
• Your message — what you’re working on.

For security and abuse prevention we also store the browser user-agent string and the time of submission. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers on this site.

3. How we use it

We use your information solely to read and reply to your inquiry and to maintain a record of our correspondence. We do not use it for automated decision-making or marketing lists without your consent.

4. Where it’s stored

Submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database on infrastructure we control. Access is limited to IgnitedAI team members who need it to respond to you.

5. Sharing

We do not sell or rent your information. We only share it with service providers that host our infrastructure (e.g. Cloudflare) strictly to operate the site, or where required by law.

6. Retention

We keep contact submissions only as long as needed to handle your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward, then delete them. You can ask us to delete your submission at any time.

7. Your rights

Consistent with Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and applicable regional laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you’ve given us. Email us and we’ll action it promptly.

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above always reflects the current version.
